Preparing and updating the Revenue and Expense dashboard.
Ensuring that the invoices are sent to the respective offices for payment.
Keeping track of the day to day issues in the centres run by Glocal and
coordinating with respective departments (IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Support
and HR) as the need arises.
Ensuring that the equipment dispatched from HO reach the respective centres in
time.
Coordinating with field Operations Executives and Managers and collating the
activity reports.
Desired profile
Good knowledge of Excel.
Experience of, at least, 3 years in similar role
